Algiers, Sept 30, 2012 (SPS) - The Algerian People's National Assembly launched Sunday at headquarters of the Assembly’s administrative department training session for the benefit of members and offices of the Saharawi National Council (Parliament), according to a stamen issued Sunday.
The training program contains a range of important stages including the history of parliamentary system, constitutional and parliamentary law, organic law, rule of procedures of both chambers of the parliament, legislative process in Algeria and in the world, analysis of bills and budget, parliamentary ethics, multilateral international relations, inter-parliamentary organizations and mass media.
The program will be marked by visits to departments of the Algerian People's National Assembly and some other institutions and bodies. (SPS)
