Bir Lehlu (liberated territories) March 6, 2013 (SPS) Youth Union of Saguia el-Hamra and Río de Oro(UJSARIO) strongly condemned the military trial and heavy sentences against 25 Saharawi political prisoners.
«TheYouth Union of Saguia el-Hamra and Río de Orostrongly condemns this military trial, and the unjust sentences imposed on civilians Saharawis." wrote the member of the National Seretariat of the Polisario Front and SG UJSARIO, Musa Salma in a letter to international youth organizations SPS received.
Musa Salma urged these Organizations to raise this issue among all the national and international youth organizations, and to intervene immediately to seek the reversal of the arbitrary rulings by the Moroccan Court Martial
He called for the “urgent establishment of a mechanism for monitoring and reporting on human rights within MINURSO’s mandate.”(SPS)
