Addis Ababa, May 26, 2013 (SPS) - The President of the Republic, Secretary General of the POLISARIO Front Mr. Mohamed Abdelaziz has condemned the terrorist act which targeted Niger, during the discussion of the report of AU Peace and Security Commissioner at the 21st regular session African Heads of State and Government.
“This treacherous attack and coward terrorist act can only be denounced and condemned,” said President Mohamed Abdelaziz, during the discussion of the report.
Saharawi President also expressed SADR condemnation to this terrorist act which targeted the Republic of Niger last Thursday.
He, in this respect, called on the African Union to support and back the government of Niger, so to ensure security of its people and its territorial integrity.
SADR President, moreover, congratulated the African Union Commissioner for Peace and Security Mr. Ramadan Lamamra for the report he presented before the Summit, describing it as the “good, fine and balanced”.
He also felicitated Mr. Uhuru Kenyatta, President-elect of the Republic of Kenya, on his victory in the recent elections. (SPS)
