El Aaiun (occupied territories), Sept 30, 2013 (SPS) - A delegation representing the Spanish Parliament’s human rights committee arrived Sunday in the occupied city of El Aaiun, capital of Western Sahara, in a three-day working visit to assess the situation in these territories.
The delegation composed of Mr. Joan Josep Nuet i Pujals, Antonio Canto Garcìa del Moral (UPYD), Joan Josep Baldovì Roda (COMPROMIS), Jon Iñarritu Garcìa (AMAIUR) and Jokin Bildarratz Sorron (PNV).
According to the agenda of the visit, the group will meet civil society organizations, human rights activists and victims of Moroccan abuses. (SPS)
