Zagreb, May 31, 2014 (SPS) - The Vice Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Croatian Parliament and Chairman of the European Affairs Committee, Mr. Frano Matusic, expressed Thursday support for the right of self-determination of the Saharawi people, during his reception to the Representative of the Polisario Front, Mr. Malainin Bagada.
Mr. Matusic also affirmed that Croatia is committed to the respect for human rights in Western Sahara in accordance with the resolutions of the European Parliament.
The Saharawi Representative handed over a letter to the Croatian deputy from President of the Saharawi Parliament Mr. Jatri Adduh to President of the Croatian Parliament Mr. Josip Leko. (SPS)
