El Aaiun (occupied territories), Oct 15, 2014 (SPS) - The Saharawi political prisoner, Abdelfatah Dallal, on Wednesday unfairly sentenced to a year in prison by the Moroccan Court of Appeal in the occupied city of El Aaiun, capital of Western Sahara, according to the Ministry of Occupied Territories and Diaspora.
After delaying his trail twice in a row, the Moroccan court pronounced an unfair judgment against the Saharawi political prisoner.
During the trail, Dallal rejected the charges, fabricated against him by Moroccan occupying authorities as punishment to his participation to peaceful protests that call for the right of the Saharawi people to self-determination and independence. (SPS)
