Bir Lahlou, 26July 2015 (SPS) - The President of the Republic, Secretary General of the POLISARIO front, Mohamed Abdelaziz, sent Sunday a congratulatory message to his Cuban counterpart Raul Castro Ruz on the occasion of the 62nd anniversary of the Assault on the Moncada barracks in Santiago de Cuba and Carlos Manuel de Céspedes.
President Mohamed Abdelaziz expressed, on behalf of the Saharawi Government and people, his warmest and heartfelt congratulations, wishing every success to the Cuban people on this important event that marked a milestone in the history of Cuba.
He reiterated the willingness of the Saharawi government to strengthen the solid ties of friendship that unite the Cuban people with its Saharawi brother.
The President of the Republic also congratulated Cuba for the establishment of diplomatic relations with the United States. (SPS)
