Chahid El Hafed, November 27, 2015 (SPS) - The UN personal envoy for Western Sahara, Christopher Ross, expected to arrive today to the Saharawi refugee camps as part of a tour to break the standstill of the conflict in Western Sahara.

Ross will meet with the negotiating delegation of the Polisario Frente and with senior officials of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic.
According to observers, the tour of Ross comes at a time when the International Community and in particular the Secretary General of the United Nations, Ban Ki-moon is calling for relaunch negotiations between the two parties to achieve a solution in accordance with the UN resolutions and the right of the Saharawi people to self-determination.
