Demonstrations in Copenhagen condemning attack on “Global Aktion,” supporting  Sahrawi people’s right

Copenhagen (Denmark), January 14, 2025 (SPS) - The Danish capital, Copenhagen, witnessed a large demonstration Tuesday, condemning the terrorist act that targeted the headquarters of the “Global Aktion” organization and supporting the Sahrawi people's right to freedom and self-determination.

Demonstrators in the march, which traversed the streets of Copenhagen, raised solidarity slogans with the Sahrawi people and its just cause.

President of Constitutional Council received by President of Algerian Constitutional Court

Algiers, January 14, 2025 (SPS) - The President of the Algerian Constitutional Court, Mr. Omar Belhaj, received Tuesday at the headquarters of the Constitutional Court, Mr. Mohamed Bouzeid, President of the Sahrawi Constitutional Council.

During their talks, both officials praised the deep relationships between the two brotherly countries, both in government and among their peoples, and the high level of bilateral cooperation they have achieved. They discussed ways and prospects for enhancing this cooperation in various fields.

Russian Foreign Minister: Solution must be based on principle of self-determination and will of Sahrawi people

Moscow (Russia), January 14, 2025 (SPS) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that the solution should be based on the principle of self-determination and the will of the Sahrawi people.

In a press conference held to review the activities of Russian diplomacy for the year 2024, Lavrov commented on Western Sahara, saying that we should be guided by the decisions of the United Nations Security Council, which stipulate that the solution must be based on the principle of self-determination and the will of the Sahrawi people.

President of National Council receives Spanish Delegation from Asturias

These meetings serve as a crucial step in preparing for the 46th Session of the AU Executive Council, which will take place in mid-February followed by the 38th AU Summit of Heads of State and Government.
