Rabat University Campus (Morocco), 04, August 2022 (SPS) – The Saharawi student and researcher, Jarbuch Brahim, was subjected to beatings and verbal and physical humiliation on July 31, 2022 by a group of ten people who are part of the security apparatus of the Moroccan occupation authorities, inside the university campus of the Moroccan capital, Rabat.
According to sources from the Executive Bureau of the Collective of Human Rights Defenders in Western Sahara (CODESA), "he was attacked by Moroccan paramilitaries when he tried to access the university campus, in order to prevent him from entering, after which he was taken to hospital, according to eyewitnesses, and is in critical condition.”SPS
