Peru calls for definitive solution and the decolonization of Western Sahara

During his intervention before the Committee on Special Policy and Decolonization or Fourth Committee, the Peruvian Diplomat, Mr. Manuel Rodríguez Cuadros, said “regarding the situation in Western Sahara, the government of Peru, in application of the full understanding, nature and scope of Resolution 1514 and the applicable international law, has proceeded as of September 8, 2021 to reestablish its diplomatic relations with the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic ”.
