Algiers, 17 February 2020 (SPS) - Algerian Prime Minister Abdelaziz Djerad reiterated Thursday the constant position of Algeria towards the Sahrawi causes.
In his response to the concerns of the deputies of the People's National Assembly regarding the plan of action of the Algerian government, which centered on the Palestinian and Saharan issues, Mr. Djerad reaffirmed that Algeria's position is firm on the Sahrawi cause and its people, and that Algeria supports the rights of peoples to determine their own destiny, no matter how close or far they are.
The Algerian Prime Minister reminded that this position reflect the principles of Algeria, adding that his country does not want to interfere in the internal affairs of others, and does not want its national sovereignty to be undermined. (SPS)
