Brahim Gali commended the achievements of the past forty-four years of independence for Cape Verde, reiterating the firm determination and willingness of the Sahrawi Republic to emphasize the importance of strengthening the mechanisms of solidarity and embodying the fraternal relations between the two peoples.
The President expressed the readiness of the Sahrawi Republic to coordinate efforts with the Republic of Cape Verde to unite the emerging institutions of the African Union in order to play its fundamental role in ending all forms of colonialism in Africa. SPS
