Algeria, 06 August 2018 (SPS) - President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Frente POLISARIO, Brahim Ghali, received Sunday at the Sahrawi embassy in Algiers the delegation of the occupied territories of Western Sahara participating in the Summer University of the executives of the Saharawi state and Polisario Front.
The meeting was an opportunity for the activists to review the human rights and political situation in the occupied territory and the achievements of the glorious Independence Intifada, the last of which was the great mass epic that coincided with the visit of the United Nations Envoy Horst Koehler in the occupied territories of Western Sahara.
The President of the Republic praised the struggle of the Sahrawi people in the occupied territories of Western Sahara, southern Morocco and university sites, stressing the significance of the Independence Intifada front in the battle against the enemy, and calling for the need to value gains and preserve them by clinging to national unity as a weapon capable of dissolving the schemes of the enemy and their intrigues.
