Prime Minister receives Spanish parliamentary delegation of intergroup in support for Saharawi people

Bir Lehlu (Liberated Territories), March 11, 2018 (SPS) - Prime Minister Mohamed Alouali Akeik on Saturday received a Spanish parliamentary delegation of the intergroup in support the Sahrawi people, in the locality of Bir Lehlou in the SADR liberated territories.
The Prime Minister informed the delegation of the latest developments of the Saharawi issue and victories achieved at national, regional and international levels, including the recent decision of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
He praised the important role played by the Spanish friendship and cooperation associations with the Saharawi people and their support for the just cause of the Saharawi people.
Head of the delegation, Enric Bataller, stated during the meeting, that the strength and perseverance of the Saharawi people for 42 years, in difficult circumstances, has made its just cause enjoys a wide support among the peoples of Spain.
The delegation is composed of Rocío de Frutos (PSOE), Sergio Pascual, Jorge Luis and Carmen Valido (PODEMOS), Sònia Farré (In Comú Podem), Iñigo Barandiaran (PNV) and Sergi Miquel (PDeCAT). (SPS)
