Asturias (Spain) 03 July 2017 (SPS) - A cooperation agreement was signed yestarday in the Spanish city of Oviedo between the Union of Saguia el-Hamra and Rio de Oro and the Asturias Youth Council in various fields exchange, training, awareness raising, political action, international relations and gender work
The Asturias Youth Council has committed itself to working on the Saharawi cause in all its activities through awareness campaigns to demand the release of all Saharawi political prisoners in Moroccan prisons, exposing the looting of the Saharwi natural resources and how to reflect the decision of the European Court of Justice in this regard.
The agreement was signed by UJSARIO´s International secretary, Hamdi Mohamed Yousif and by Youth Council of Asturias, Ms. Shaila Suarez, Chairperson of the Spanish Youth Council of Asturias, in the presence of a representative of the Saharwi youth Diaspora , Hoda Bakkar.SPS
