The Saharawi diplomat said that the experience and reputation of Mr. Horst Köhler would put him in a comfortable position to unlock the negotiations between the parties, which have been blocked since 2012.
In the same direction, the Saharawi representative clarified that the POLISARIO gave the green light to the assignment of the new Envoy from the outset, while Morocco delayed giving it, which is a clear sign of the obstructions in Morocco.
