Occupied Aaiun, November 29, 2016 (SPS) - the Committee of the families of Saharawi political prisoners called all international human rights organizations to send international observers to attend the re-trial of Saharawi political prisoners, Gdeim Izik group.
The Commission has called all organizations to ensure a fair trial and to respect the fundamental right of Saharawi political prisoners, in its statement.
Saharawi political prisoners had received news of the administration of El Arrdjat prison that their retrial will be on December 26, according to source of one of the said families
The Gdeim Izik camp is new and innovative way of peaceful resistance and protest by the masses of the occupied territory in the face of the Moroccan occupation, emphasizing Sahrawi people rejection of the illegal occupation of Western Sahara and their steadfastness and insistence to snatch their legitimate right to freedom and self-determination.
