Bir Lahlu (liberated territories), August 16, 2016 (SPS) - The President of the Republic, Secretary General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Brahim Gali, said Monday in a letter sent to the UN Secretary General, Mr. Ban Ki-moon that "the Moroccan forces that penetrate the wall of Karkarat area, supported with transport equipment, military engineering and accompanied with aerial reconnaissance, constitute a new and serious breach of military agreement No. 1 of the ceasefire agreement between the two sides Polisario Front and Morocco signed in September 06, 1991.
Brahim Gali in his letter stressed that starting on August 11, 2016, the Moroccan occupation forces in Western Sahara exceeded repeatedly the Moroccan military wall, in said area, part of the Bir Kanduz sector belonging to the first military Region.SPS
