Dakhla (Refugee Camps), December 23, 2015 (SPS) – The delegates of the 14th Congress of Frente POLISARIOhas reelected with "absolute majority" Mr. Mohamed Abdelaziz as the Secretary-General of the Frente POLISARIO.
Mr. Mohamed Abdelaziz obtained 90.31% of the votes of the delegates, indicated this morning Bushraya Beyoun, the president of the election committee.
The President of the Republic had asserted, during performing his electoral duty, “the discussions of the 14th Polisario Front Congress took place in a democratic and transparent atmosphere of struggle, asserting that the large number of delegates demonstrates the ability of the Frente POLISARIO to embrace an event of this size.” (SPS)
