Awserd (refugee camps), December 13, 2015 (SPS) The work of the Preparatory National Conference of the 14th Congress of the Polisario Front began Saturday in the wilaya Awserd, the refugee camps, in the presence of delegates representing all the national organization.
In his speech at the opening, the President of the Preparatory Commission of the Congress, Mr. Khatri Adduh, stressed that the circumstances and conditions in which the conference is held is an important step to ensure the success of the 14th Congress of the Polisario Front and discuss the reports of the different sub committees to make recommendations before they are submitted to Congress for approval.
The first day of the conference, which runs December 12 to 14, saw the presentation of a report by the Committee on the current situation which focused on the threats and challenges in the region and the importance of strengthening the security and position of SADR.
Several reports on the national action program, SADR constitution and bylaws of the Polisario Front will be presented and discussed by the delegates to adopt them. (SPS
