Awserd (Refugee Camps), December 13, 2015 (SPS) The President of the Preparatory Commission of the 14th National Congress of the Polisario Front, Mr. Khatri Addouh, has emphasized that "The conference is an important stage in the fight against the Moroccan occupier" for liberation and the independence of Western Sahara.
"The preparatory conference is held in an important stage in the fight against the Moroccan occupier that ignores the right of our people to the existence and continues its aggressive practices against the Saharawi civilians in the occupied territories of Western Sahara for their rejection of the occupation and the illegal plundering of Saharawi natural resources," said Mr. Addouh in a speech at the opening of the National Preparatory Conference held December 12 to 14, in the Wilaya of Awserd, the refugee camps.
Concerning the annulment by the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) of the trade agreement on agricultural produce between the EU and Rabat including the occupied territories of Western Sahara, the Saharawi official welcomed the decision, calling it a victory for the Saharawi people.
Mr. Addouh stressed that "the special circumstances in which of the national cause, requires us to combine our efforts for the success of the 14th Congress of the Polisario Front.
"The war is not over and the enemy continues to intensify its attempts to destroy the unity of the Saharawi people and disrupt the strategy of the Polisario Front," the legitimate representative of the Saharawi people, said the President of the Preparatory Commission. (SPS)
