East Timor, November 24, 2015 (SPS) - the speaker of the National Parliament of the democratic Republic of East Timor, Mr. Vicente da Silva Guterres,on Tuesday reiterated his country's firm support to Saharawi cause and to the struggle of the Saharawi people during his meeting with the Sahrawi Ambassador to East Timor Mr. Mohammed Islam Baddi at the headquarters of Parliament in Timorese capital Daily.
The meeting reviewed the latest developments in the national cause especially with regard to the settlement plan, and the current tour of Ambassador Christopher Ross, personal Envoy of the Secretary-General of the United Nations for Western Sahara, to the region. (SPS)
