Port Louis (Mauritius) November 23, 2015 (SPS) - The Government of the Republic of Mauritius has restored its recognition of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR).
In a statement issued Friday Council of Ministers in the Government of the Republic of Mauritius renewed its recognition of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic “as a full sovereignty state, based on the orientations of the government to establish new relations across the world”.
The statement affirmed that the recognition of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic as a full sovereign independent state is “a confirmation of support of Mauritius to right of the Sahrawi people to self-determination”. (SPS)
