Danish MP asks his Government of its future plans to deal with products from occupied Western Sahara

Submitted on

Copenhagen, (Denmark) Nov 17, 2015 (SPS) –   the Danish Member of Parliament Mr. Søren Espersen from the Danish People’s Party has asked Monday his Government how it will deal in the future with products from Moroccan occupied Western Sahara, reported source from the Sahrawi representative in Denmark.

After the EU – and therefore also the Danish government – have decided to label Israeli products from the West Bank, can we also expect the EU and the government to establish a similar labeling on Moroccan products from Western Sahara, and if this is not forthcoming, why not?, asked Søren Espersen.
