Windhoek(Namibia), November 03, 2015 (SPS) -The General Secretary of the National Union of Algerian Women, Ms. Nuria Hafsi, appealed on the international community to "create a UN mechanism to ensure protection of human rights in the occupied territories of Western Sahara ".
Speaking at the International Conference on the Saharawi woman right for resistance, held in the Namibian capital, Windhoek, Ms. Hafsi said that "it is time for the international community to involve effectively in the protection of the rights of Saharawis in the occupied territories, who suffer daily the brutal repression of the Moroccan occupation forces."
