Bir Lehlu (Liberated Territories) April 25, 2015 (SPS) - The President of the Republic, Mohamed Abdelaziz sent Saturday a congratulatory message to his Tanzanian counterpart, HE Dr. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, on the 51th anniversary of the proclamation of the United Republic of Tanzania.
"On the occasion of the 51th anniversary of the United Republic of Tanzania, I express, on my own behalf, on behalf of the Saharawi people and the government of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, to Your Excellency and the brotherly people of Tanzania my warmest congratulations and most sincere and best wishes, "wrote President Mohamed Abdelaziz, in his letter to Dr. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete.
President Mohamed Abdelaziz reiterated deep appreciation to Tanzania for its solidarity and firm support with the Saharawi people in their legitimate struggle for self-determination and freedom.
He reiterated the willingness to further strengthen the bonds of solidarity, existing friendship and cooperation between the Saharawi Republic (SADR) and the Republic of Tanzania. (SPS)
