African delegations visit Sahrawi refugee camps

Shaheed Elhafed (Refugee Camps), December 16, 2014 (SPS) – African delegations start Tuesday a visit in the Sahrawi refugee camps, where they hold meetings and attend several activities.

 

They include a delegation of Mozambique led by the president of the Mozambican parliament, a delegation of Nigeria composed of Nigerian university teachers, and the president of the preparatory committee of the International Conference on the Western Sahara.  

 

The delegations will find out about the latest developments related to the Sahrawi issue, situation of the Sahrawi refugees and management of the institutions of the Sahrawi state in addition to several meetings with Sahrawi authorities.

 

During their visit, a ceremony will be organized at the Ministry of Culture to present the book “the Western Sahara through Egyptian eyes” of Egyptian author Osama Ibrahim. (SPS)
