El Aaiun (occupied territories), Nov 19, 2014 (SPS) - The so-called Moroccan Court of Appeal in the occupied city of El Aaiun, capital of Western Sahara, on Wednesday delayed to 10 December 2014 the trial of two Saharawi political prisoners, said a statement of CODESA.
The two prisoners are; Mahmud Al-Heisan, blogger and journalist, and Abdelkarim Bouchalga, political prisoner.
The same court delayed the trial of the group for the second time in less than 15 days.
They were arrested by Moroccan police on 4 July 2014, after they participated in a peaceful demonstration calling for the right of the Saharawi people to self-determination, which took place in El-Fath District in the occupied city of El Aaiun. (SPS)
