King Mohammed VI had said on the occasion of anniversary of the 39 Moroccan military invasion of Western Sahara that the conflict in Western Sahara is not a question of decolonization, and that the mandate of the United Nations mission for the organization a referendum in Western Sahara (MINURSO) should not be expanded to include the monitoring of human rights in Western Sahara.
