Valletta (Malta), August 24, 2014 (SPS) - Malta Prime Minister, Joseph Muscat, received the Secretary General of the Saharawi Youth Union (UJSARIO), Zein Sidahmed, during the opening ceremony of the International Festival of Socialist Youth (IUSY).
Mr. Zein leads a delegation of the Saharawi youth Union participating in the International Festival of IUSY held in Malta in the presence of thousands of young people from more than 100 countries worldwide.
The UJSARIO delegation discussed with the participating delegations the latest developments related to the Sahrawi issue, according to a source close to the delegation.
For his part, the president of the Youth Alliance of Malta, Alex Saliba, expressed the support of his organization to the self-determination of the Saharawi people. (SPS)
