Changing Sahrawi speech to adapt it to global changes

Submitted on

Boumerdes (Algeria), August 11, 2014 (SPS)  - The participants in the summer university of the officials of the Polisario Front and the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR) underlined Sunday in Boumerdes the need to change the Sahrawi speech to adapt it to the global changes and ensure a better  impact.

“ Speaking to the world by raising the legitimacy of the Sahrawi cause is not enough, because the ongoing global deep changes require a more pragmatic speech, including the joint interests of States and peoples,” said the  contributors in a conference under the theme “Major global changes and future of the Sahrawi cause.”

For Doctor Lezher Maroc, it is necessary for the Sahrawi people to adapt themselves to the ongoing changes by devoting more efforts to develop substitution and coalition relations with the emerging countries in Asia.

For his part, Sadek Bouguetaya, a member of the Secretariat general of the National Liberation Front said that the “Sahrawi cause was able to adapt itself to the global changes by snatching the recognition of several countries and international bodies.” (SPS)
