Algerian women parliamentary delegation starts visit in Sahrawi refugee camps

Shaheed Hafed, March 10, 2014 (SPS) -  A delegation of Algerian parliamentary women led by Ms. Saida Bounab, president of the Algeria-Western Sahara parliamentary group, started Sunday a visit in the Sahrawi refugee camps. 
 
The head of the delegation, Ms. Saida Bounab, indicated in statement to SPS that the aim of the visit is to "reaffirm solidarity with Sahrawi women on the occasion of women’s day" highlighting "the Algerian women are proud to stand beside their sisterly Sahrawi women who represent the struggle of the Arab women".
 
 The delegation includes 80 parliamentarians representing various political formations in the two chambers of the Algerian parliament.(SPS)
