Boujdour (refugee camps), Feb 27, 2014 (SPS) - The official festivities commemoration the 38th anniversary of the proclamation of the Saharawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR) held today morning, Thursday, in the province of Boujdour, Saharawis refugee camps, in the presence of the Prime Minister Abdelkader Taleb Omar, as well as members of the Government and the National secretariat of the Polisario Front.
These celebrations were inugurated by the Saharawi Prime Minister.
This year’s anniversary has been attended by significant number of foreign participants representatives of international organizations and associations, journalists, sympathizers with the Saharawis people and athletes, who took part in the 14th edition of Sahara Marathon.
A local festival of culture and folk arts has also been kicked off. (SPS)
