Chahid Al Hafed (refugee camps), Oct 14, 2013 (SPS) - Like all the Muslim peoples around the world, the Saharawi people will celebrate tomorrow, Tuesday, Eid al-Adha (Feast of Sacrifice) by accomplishing the sacrifice of a sheep as an act of submission to Allah’s command and the Sunna of Prophet Mohamed (Peace Be Upon Him).
Sermons and prayers will be organized on the occasions in all wilayas of the Saharawi Republic (SADR) to mark this holy day, as to pray for Allah the Almighty for victory, reunification and independence.
Saharawi families show solidarity and sympathy with one another during this feast.
It should be recalled that millions of Muslim pilgrims, including Saharawis, thronged Mount Arafat in Saudi Arabia from early Monday for the high point of the annual pilgrimage.
This Feast marks the end of the Hajj (pilgrimage). (SPS)
