Angola concerned over weak progress in resolving Western Sahara question

New York, Sept 30, 2013 (SPS) - The Vice-President of Angola H.E. Mr. Manuel Domingos Vicente has voiced his country’s concern over the “weak progress in resolving the question of Western Sahara,” in his speech before the 68th session of the United Nations General Assembly underway in New York.


“We note with concern the weak progress in resolving the question of Western Sahara and we urge the parties to continue negotiations under the auspices of the United Nations, so that the People of Western Sahara can exercise their right to self-determination.” underlined Mr. Vicente in his intervention during the general debate of the UNGA 68th session.
