Submitted on

Copenhagen (Denmark), Sept 26, 2013 (SPS)- The Saharawi Minister of Cooperation, Mr. Brahim Mojtar, accompanied by Polisario Front representative in Denmark Mr. Abba Malainin, concluded a working visit to Denmark lasted from 23 to 25 September 2013, according to a source from the representation of Polisario Front in Copenhagen.

The Minister was received by Official in the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, two Committees of the Danish Parliament (Foreign Affairs and Foreign Policy), Western Sahara Solidarity Group, in addition to members of the Danish Media.

.
The Saharawi Cooperation Minister informed his various interlocutors about the recent developments regarding different aspects of the conflict in Western Sahara, including UN Negotiations process, the continued Moroccan systematic violations in occupied Western Sahara, the humanitarian situation in the Saharawi refugee Camps and the illegality of the recently signed EU-Morocco Fisheries Partnership agreement that included Western Sahara waters.

.
Mr. Brahim Mojtar added that “Signing such illegal Agreement with Morocco; which is an occupying power that includes Western Sahara, besides that is a violation of International law will send wrong signal to Morocco to be more intransigent and will not help the UN efforts to find peaceful and lasting solution of the issue of Western Sahara”.
