Bir Lehlou (liberated territories), July 8, 2013 (SPS) - The President of the Republic and Secretary General of the Frente Polisario Mr. Mohamed Abdelaziz, sent Monday a letter of congratulation to the heads of Islamic countries on the eve of the holy month of Ramadan.
The President of the Republic extended, on behalf of the Saharawi people as well as government of the Saharawi Arab Democratic Republic and on his own behalf, warmest greeting and best wishes to the heads of Islamic countries on the occasion of holy month of fasting (Ramadan).
He, therefore, prayed to Allah the Almighty to accept the fasting of all and to bring back this holy month with goodness and blessing for the whole Islamic nation, and with peace and prosperity for their peoples.
The Saharawi people will join the entire Muslim nation to sight the crescent of the blessed month of fasting (Ramadan) today evening, Shaaban 29, 1434AH, corresponding to July 8, 2013. (SPS)
