Bir Lehlou (liberated territories), July 8, 2013 (SPS) - The President of the Republic and Secretary General of the Frente Polisario Mr. Mohamed Abdelaziz, sent Monday a congratulatory letter to the President of the Algerian Republic Mr. Abdelaziz Bouteflika on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.

“I am pleased, as we are preparing for the month of mercy, repentance and forgiveness, the month of Ramadan, to convey to Your Excellency, on my own behalf and on behalf of the people and government of the Sahrawi Republic, and through Your Excellency, to the sisterly Algeria, government and people, my warmest congratulations and best wishes,” writes the President of the Republic in a letter sent Monday to his Algerian counterpart, a copy of it reached SPS.

“Whilst we evoke with reverence the deep meanings and noble purposes of this blessed month, we stop with pride at the relations of brotherhood, friendship and cooperation, as well as the spiritual bonds and divine religious values that combine our two peoples and countries, as well as the peoples and countries of the region and Islamic world,” he added.

The President Mohamed Abdelaziz took this opportunity to extend his thanks and gratitude to the sisterly country of Algeria for its adherence to those meanings and values, through its courage positions to the side of the right, justice and law, as what did in the case of the Saharawi people, when it hosted tens of thousands of Saharawi children, women, men, elderly, after their country illegally and militarily invaded, with regret, by the brotherly and neighboring state of Morocco.

He, finally, prayed to the Allah the Almighty to return the holy month of Ramadan with goodness and blessing for all, and to bring Algerian President, his people and family good health, wellness, conciliation and rectitude. (SPS)
