Bir Lahlou (liberated territories), June 4, 2013 (SPS) – The President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front Mr. Mohamed Abdelaziz, has sent today, Thursday a congratulatory message to the Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika on the occasion of the 51 anniversary of independence and youth.
The president Mohamed Abdelaziz congratulated the Algerian president saying "again the occasion renewed to address your Excellency, and through you Algeria in general, people and government, congratulating on this great occasion in the history of your country, Africa and the world, namely the 51 anniversary of independence and youth, which concludes the celebrations of the 50th year of Algeria’s national day by the brotherly Algerian people"

“Like all struggling peoples in Africa and the world, the Saharawi people cannot but stand at this occasion congratulating majestic Algeria on its Independence Day, and expressing in particular its deep gratitude and appreciation and valuation and gratitude about the principle positions supporting their just struggle and the project for freedom, dignity and independence “, adds the President in his letter.
President of the Republic confirmed his determined to consolidate and strengthen the relations of brotherhood, friendship and cooperation between the two peoples and two countries, as well as work to build the foundations of a fair and well-established peace, stability and prosperity to serve the peoples of the region and their legitimate aspirations, in the framework of respect for the international law and legitimacy, and the will of the people and good neighborliness and mutual respect.
Finally, the President of Republic expressed to President Abdelaziz Bouteflika “warmest congratulations and best wishes, wishing him a full health and wellness to lead Algeria to more accomplishments and prosperity and overall development and strength to face all challenges. (SPS)
