ALGIERS, June 21,2013 (SPS)- Sahrawi Ambassador to Algeria Brahim Ghali reiterated the determination of the Sahrawi people to continue their fight until the achievement of their legitimate right to self-determination.

“Sahrawi people continue their fight to impose their choice despite the intransigence of Moroccan authorities and their headlong policy,” the Sahrawi diplomat said during a ceremony held Thursday in Algiers, on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the creation of the Popular Front for the Liberation of the Saguía al-Hamra and Río de Oro (Polisario).

The Sahrawi people achieved, since the beginning of their military fight, May 10th 1973, political, military and diplomatic gains, and today they’re determined to wrest their rights and build a State based on justice and equality.

Brahim Ghali recalled “the repression policy” led by the Moroccan colonial regime against innocent Sahrawi people who struggle to regain their legitimate rights recognized by international organization and peace- and justice-loving peoples.(SPS)
