Morocco is responsible for prolonging Western Sahara conflict, says Mauritanian diplomat

Algiers, April 13, 2013 (SPS) - The former Mauritanian Ambassador to a number of African countries Mr. Mohamed Lemine Ould El Kateb held Morocco responsible for prolonging the conflict of Western Sahara, reported Saturday Algerian newspaper of Al Chourouk.


Mauritanian diplomat stressed that Morocco does not demonstrate any flexibility in dealing with the file, warning of the dangerous impact if the situation remained unchanged.


The visit by Ross to region for the second consecutive time, said Mr. Ould El Kateb, reflects the degree of seriousness of the situation, stressing that the grave repercussions of Western Sahara crisis will touch the whole region. (SPS)
