Mexico reiterates willingness to strengthen relations with SADR

DF (Mexico), Dec 15, 2012 (SPS) - The President of Mexico, His Excellency Mr. Enrique Peña Nieto has reiterated the readiness of his country to strengthen the relations the Saharawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR), in a letter to the Saharawi President Mr. Mohamed Abdelaziz, a copy of it reached SPS.


Mr. Peña expressed deep appreciation to the Saharawi president “for his presence at the ceremony by which I was assumed the presidency of the United Mexican States and, along with it, my most sincere expression of friendship to the government and people of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic.”


The Mexican president has highlighted the good and strong bonds of friendship already existed between the two peoples, which, as he said, “based on trade and cooperation between the two countries”,


In the same context, he reiterated Mexico’s willingness to further strengthen these ties and relationships that have been built through the years.


On Saturday December 1, Mr. Enrique Peña Nieto, 46 years, took office in Mexico. (SPS)
