Sahrawi government praises decision of Swedish Parliament to recognize SADR

Shahid Alhafed, December 06, 2012 (SPS) the government has praised the decision of the Swedish Parliament adopted on Wednesday demanding the Swedish government to urgently recognize the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR) , in a statement stated by  the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
 

 “The Saharawi government expresses deep satisfaction for this historic decision and expresses its gratitude and thanks to the Swedish parliament, various Swedish political forces and movement of solidarity with the Saharawi people in Sweden that through this decision which coincides   with the international legitimacy contribute to push forward the decolonization of Western Sahara “said the statement.
 

The Saharawi Government pointed out that that this historic decision of this legislative democratic institution representing the people of Sweden reflects that the international community has become not bear intransigence of Moroccan occupation and its rejection to international legitimacy and its continuing occupation to a part of the Sahrawi Republic, a member country of the African Union and which is recognized by more than 80 countries across world.”(SPS)
