Submitted on

New York, Sept 29, 2012 (SPS) - The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Mozambique, Mr. Oldemiro Marques Balói, expressed Saturday his country’s deep concern over the delays in conducting the self-determination referendum agreed by all parties to Western Sahara conflict, Morocco and Polisario Front, under United Nations auspices.

“The delays in conducting the referendum agreed by all parties under United Nations auspices were baffling,” stated Mr. Balói.

Head of Mozambique diplomacy reaffirmed his country’s support for the international community’s involvement in the search for a sustainable solution to the self-determination cause in Western Sahara. (SPS)
