International parties and organizations voices solidarity with struggle of Saharawi people for freedom and self-determination

Casa Blanca (Morocco), July 23, 2012 (SPS) - Nine political parties and organizations from several countries of the world have voiced “full solidarity” with the struggle of the Saharawi people for freedom and self-determination,” in a joint communiqué at the end of congress of the Moroccan Democratic Approach party that took place from 12 to 15 July, 2012.


“We support the ongoing process for self-determination of the Saharawi people based on the international legitimacy,” stated the communiqué, expressing hope that the Saharawis will be enabled to freely decide their political future.


The communiqué was signed by the Workers’ Party of Tunisia, Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine (DFLP), Communist Party and Communist Youth Union of Spain, Communist Party of the Peoples of Spain, Marxist Communist Party of Spain, Basque Nationalist Left, Spanish Bloc for Socialism and Republic, France’s New Anti-Imperialist Party, French Communist Party, Belgian Labour Party, Revolutionary Communist Party of Burkina Faso, Workers Party of Turkey, Coalition of Leftist Parties of Greek, International Conference of Marxist-Leninist Parties and Organizations (ICMLPO) and Moroccan Democratic Approach Party.
