Moroccan forces attack Saharawi citizens in Matalaa District in occupied El Aaiun

El Aaiun (occupied territories), July 23, 2012 (SPS) - Moroccan forces of occupation attacked Sunday a group of Saharawi citizens in the District of Matalaa, occupied city of El Aaiun, after they attached a Saharawi national flag, informed a source of the Ministry of Occupied Territories and Communities Abroad.


The Moroccan forces attacked houses of a number of Saharawi family such as that of Ms. Hdeidgam, family of Mohamed Fadel Ould Lehbib and Ms. Gadi Al-Mahjub Ailal, leaving injuries of varying degrees including Mr. Gadi and Mahjub Ailala who injured at the level of foot and Nour Addin Ailal at the level of the back and right hip, while Mulay Ahmed beaten at the level of head, right ear and left hand, according to the dame source.


The families were attacked after they demanded to unveil the circumstances behind the barbaric and gross attack on human rights appealed to the civil society and organizations of human rights to protect them and the Saharawi as a whole from Morocco’s oppression, the source added. (SPS)
