Work of 21st Ordinary Session of AU Executive Council continues in Addis Ababa

Addis Ababa, July 13, 2012 (SPS) - Work of the Twenty-First Ordinary Session of the Executive Council of the African Union continues Friday for the second day, in preparation for the Summit of Heads of State and Government of the African Union scheduled in the current July 15-16 in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa.


The AU Executive Council, which includes ministers of foreign affairs of Member States of the African Union, to discuss the issues that will be submitted to the Summit of Heads of State and Government for approval.


The Saharawi delegation participating at the meeting is led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Salek and includes the Minister Delegate for Africa Mr. Brahim Mokhtar Boumakhruta, as well as Ambassador and Permanent Representative of SADR to the African Union Dr. Sidi Mohamed Omar.
