Algiers, December01,2011 (SPS) .- The Ambassador of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic in Algiers, Brahim Gali, has expressed the desire of the Polisario Front that the new Spanish government Popular 's Party will continue the same policy of José María Aznar, during the period 2001-2004.
Speaking to the Algerian newspaper “Sout Al ahrar” , Brahim Gali recalled that the Popular Party ( PP) in its election campaign has defended the United Nations efforts for self-determination for the Saharawi people, stressing that "the party feels the Spanish legal and historical responsibility towards the Western Sahara conflict. "
In this context, Gali raised the hope that the Government of Mariano Rajoy will "move the Saharawi file towards a solution that respects the Saharawi people's inalienable right to self-determination."(SPS)
