Submitted on

Shaheed Al Hafed (refugee camps), Nov 13, 2011 (SPS) - The President of the Republic and Secretary General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Mohamed Abdelaziz, has confirmed, during an extended meeting held Saturday at the Presidency headquarters, that the Moroccan regime “seems displeased from the continuity of Intifada in the occupied territories, steadfastness of Saharawi masses in the camps of pride and dignity as well as the mobilization around the Polisario Front, as a legitimate and sole representative of the Saharawi people.”

He also noted that the circumstance is good for the recruitment all the national efforts for the success of the forthcoming national merit, the thirteenth congress of the Frente Polisario.

President of the Republic praised the role which the Intifada of Independence plays in fueling the presence of the national cause on the international and regional circles and its role in bringing to light the hideous face of the Moroccan occupation in Western Sahara, adding that the peaceful uprising becomes “a sharp weapon in the modern arsenal, to remain a trump card.”

“Betting for the national independence is one of the forthcoming congress messages, and will be for raising the challenge and confrontation with the Moroccan occupation until we achieve the national independence over our full soil,” stated Secretary General of the Polisario Front.

He went on saying that the path of confrontation with the enemy “has reached an advanced point,” recalling that over the past phase of military and diplomatic fighting with the occupation “the Saharawis achieved gains that must be maintained.”

In relevant context, Head of the Preparatory Committee for the 13th Polisario Congress, Mr. Khatri Addouh, said that work of the Committee is still continuing through the organization of political seminars across the institutions and wilayas of SADR, which will begin in second mid of the current month.
